Vydyne R530H BK0201 is a general purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It displays antifreeze-, fatigue-, chemical-, hydrolysis-, gasoline- and solvent- resistance. This grade possesses good flow and excellent knit-line strength. It provides improved retention of physical properties under exposure to long-term heat, high heat distortion, resistance to creep and dimensional stability. It is processed by injection molding. Vydyne R530H BK0201 is used in automotive under the hood connectors, fasteners, transmission applications, radiator end tank and heat core applications.
