Grilamid TR 90 Natural is a high purity transparent polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade based on aliphatic and cycloaliphatic monomers. Possesses very high flexural fatigue strength, high colorability, good stiffness, weathering stability, good toughness even at low temperatures and good dimensional stability. Provides good resistance to chemicals and stress cracking. Offers low moisture absorption, low water absorption compared to standard polyamides, high heat distortion temperature and easy processability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in automotive applications like fuel systems, cooling and climate control, interior, powertrain and chassis, electrical appliances and equipment, heating systems, housewares, hydraulics & pneumatics, mobile phones and other portable devices, medical devices, engineering tools, sanitary, water and gas supply, power transmission, sports & leisure, packaging of non-oriented film, cosmetics /personal care, medical and in optical components like lenses, safety glasses, sunglasses and spectacle frames.
